Will .NET 2.0 ship with source code?
According to Shawn Burke, MS is thinking about to ship the .NET source-code and PDBs with .NET 2.0.
This would be great, so we can “debug into” the framework. I think it is not a very big step, because the code for .NET 1.1 is already available via SSCLI and you can look at it via Reflector. But it would be nice to step into the code…
